Automatic Backwash Disc Filter System

The automatic backwash disc filter system is a crucial component in irrigation system. The core of this system is a dual-trigger backwashing system (based on pressure difference and fixed time interval) combined with a series of high-performance PP filter discs. During normal operation, the raw water passes through the interlaced micro-grooves in the disc stack to capture sediment, algae and organic impurities, and then the purified water is sent to the downstream equipment. When the pressure difference between the two ends of the filter reaches the preset threshold or the time period set by the user is over, the system will automatically start the backwashing process to remove the attached impurities. The entire process only takes 10-30 seconds, during which the main filtration process remains uninterrupted.

23.How does an irrigation system work?

It draws water from sources (rivers, wells) via pumps/gravity, transports it through main/sub-main/lateral pipes, and delivers it to plant roots via sprinklers/drip emitters. Modern systems add filters (anti-clog) and sensors (adjust flow by crop/weather).​
