Centrifugal Filter

High-efficient Centrifugal Filter Manufacturer

Centrifugal filter is a dynamic solid-liquid separation device that relies on centrifugal force to separate sand, gravel, and high-density impurities from irrigation water. It is typically used for the primary treatment of groundwater and surface water with high sand content. Unlike the screen or disc filters that use physical interception, the working principle of the centrifugal filter is that the centrifugal force generated by the high-speed rotating water flow separates sand particles and other heavier impurities from the water through the density difference. It has no filter screen inside and no detachable parts, making maintenance very convenient. The sand accumulation chamber at the bottom of the centrifugal filter must be flushed frequently to prevent the accumulated sand and mud from being brought back into the system again. For organic matter or impurities with a specific gravity less than that of water, the separation effect of centrifugal filters is very poor. Only within a certain flow range can they achieve the expected water purification effect or be used in combination with screen filters.

  • High sand-removal efficiency
  • Multiple models can meet different flow requirements
  • The sand trough is designed at the bottom for easy cleaning
  • PA material, corrosion-resistant, acid and alkali resistant, wear-resistant
  • Filtration is carried out based on the principles of gravity and centrifugal force

21.Do you offer pressure-regulated options?

Yes. We have pressure-regulating bodies and valves to stabilize nozzle pressure, reduce misting, and improve uniformity in varied elevation or long laterals.

22.How do you solve the clogging problem in micro and drip sprinkler systems?

Use appropriate pre-filtration (disc/screen/centrifual/hydrocyclone), maintain filters regularly, flush lines 5–10 minutes at startup, and manage fertilizer concentration to avoid precipitation. For marginal water, consider chemical treatment and periodic acid/chlorination as per local standards.

23.How does an irrigation system work?

It draws water from sources (rivers, wells) via pumps/gravity, transports it through main/sub-main/lateral pipes, and delivers it to plant roots via sprinklers/drip emitters. Modern systems add filters (anti-clog) and sensors (adjust flow by crop/weather).

24.What is drip line irrigation?

A micro-irrigation method: perforated plastic tubes with emitters deliver water slowly (2—12L/h) directly to roots. It saves water (95% utilization), has filters/regulators, suits arid areas/high-value crops, and can mix nutrients.
